Intimate Backyard Wedding | St Louis
An Intimate Backyard Wedding in St Louis, Mo.
Julia and Rob had a big celebration planned for their April wedding. Unfortunately like many other couples, they ended up having to push their wedding festivities back due to COVID-19.
They set their new date for August.
Thursday, June 18th, 2020
Thursday, June 18th, 2020 I received a text message from Julia...
"Do you have plans tomorrow at 6 pm?"
Followed with...
"Would you be up for snapping a few wedding photos? Still figuring out location, probably mom's backyard."
"At courthouse. Will call you later."
Side Note: For those of you who do not know Julia's mom, Beverly, and I are neighbors. Which basically means that Julia and I are sisters (I'm the favorite :p).
The "Not So Long" Story Short
In the afternoon of June 19th, 2020 Julia and Rob officially became husband and wife.
The Wedding Ceremony took place in the backyard of Julia's childhood home on a warm summer day.
It was beautiful and well put together.
You would have never even guessed...
That Julia's sister Jennifer finished getting ordained that morning...
That the decorations were made the day before...
The music was chosen day-of...
...and well... the whole Intimate Backyard Wedding Ceremony was booked, planned, and all came together within a day and a half.
